Breakfast: 30 oz. celery, carrot, apple, ginger, daikon radish, sunflower sprouts, beet w/greens, parsley.
The Sun is Shining, Blue-Green Algae, probiotic, multi vit. & min., echinacea-goldenseal root.
Lunch: 16 oz. carrot juice
2 oz. wheatgrass
